Creative Ballet & Tap: Creative Dance is a joyful way for children to explore movement through music, develop physical skills, channel energy, stimulate imagination and promote creativity. Creative movement uses body actions to: communicate an image (the wind), communicate an idea (a journey) or communicate a feeling (strength). Open to ages 3 to 7


Ballet Levels 1 & 2: This class is recommended for dancers who are ages 6 and up who are and are ready for a more structured class than Creative Dance Classes. Students will spend time at center floor of the learning the positions of the arms and feet, as well as, learning basic ballet steps.


Ballet 3 & 4: Students will learn classical ballet techniques and terminology. Each class includes barre exercises, center floor work, and across-the-floor combinations. The ballet curriculum is based on a combination of the Royal Ballet, Vagonova, and Cecchetti methods. As students progress through each level, the curriculum will become increasingly more complex and intricate as students advance levels.


Intermediate/Advanced Levels 4 & up (ages 9 & up) Our Pre-Pointe & Pointe: program is open to our serious dancers. Students demonstrate solid technique and must  attend class twice weekly and be pre-approved by our instructor.


Lyrical is a fusion of ballet, jazz, and acro skills told through storytelling. Students will learn lyrical technique along with how to express emotion through movement. 


Tap is a style of American theatrical dance, distinguished by percussive footwork and rhythms. Our tap classes stress the basics of tap while also teaching musicality and rhythm. Try tap for fun and fitness. We offer multiple classes at appropriate levels for ages 3 & up.


Acro teaches flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline & concentration. This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic technique. This class is great for students looking to enhance their agility, flexibility, & strength We have multiple levels of Acro.


Acro Kidz (ages 3 to 7) focuses on basic pre-acro movements appropriate to this age group.


Acro levels 1 to 7 (ages 5 and up) students master leveled skills and progress through level 7 skills. 


Acro Level 1: Students will learn basic tumbling skills as well as skills that will focus on improving balance, flexibility, and strength. Skills of focus include: Rolls, Pre-cartwheel, Somersault, Gallops, Bridge, Donkey kick, L handstand, Skipping.


Acro Level 2: Designed for students with one year of tumbling experience. Skills of focus include: Bridge, L handstand,  cartwheel (Right and Left), Round Off, Skipping, Forward pike roll, Bridge with stacked mat, V-Sit, Handstand away from the wall, Square Hip Split exercise, Tuck jumps, Rock and roll from standing to standing. Students moving on from this level will need to demonstrate a cartwheel with correct form.


Acro Level 3: Students at this level should be able to demonstrate the skills listed for Level 2. Skills of focus for this class include: Splits on both sides, Beat handstand, Bridge with kick over, Straddle roll, Cartwheel with correct finish on both sides, Round Off, Handstand hold, V-sit for 20 seconds, Plank for 30 seconds, Backbend and pull up, Teddy Bear stand. Handstand to forward roll, One-handed cartwheel, Backward roll, V-sit for 30 seconds, Plank Hold for 40 seconds, Tuck headstand, Bridge with straight arms and legs, Dive roll,


Elite Levels: Students at this level should be able to demonstrate most of the skills listed in Level 3. Skills of focus include:  Handstand balance for 3 seconds, Back and front walkovers, Headstand balance for 10 seconds, V-Sit hold for 40 seconds, Plank hold for 1 minute, Straddle press to Handstand, Round off, Dive cartwheel,  Front Handspring, Standing Back Handspring, Side Aerial, Full Splits on both sides, Back Arabian, Dive Front walkover, Valdez, Back roll to Handstand. Students must also have strong dance skills and are required to take a lyrical or ballet class.


Hip-Hop: We offer two classes of hip-hop, one for ages 6 to 9 and one for tweens and teens (note, a younger student with exceptional dance experience may be placed in this age group).
